Lustra Debuts Video Newsletter for Carwash Operators

Cleaning Systems Inc. and its Lustra division have launched an online video newsletter aimed at carwash operators. Called Beyond the Shine, the quarterly production will include tips, industry news and information designed to help operators in their day-to-day business operations.

The debut fall edition features an introduction by Dave Krause, CSI president and CEO, along with segments on marketing ideas in a challenging business climate, the upcoming Grace for Vets program, carwash seasonal maintenance tips, and some clips that show the lighter side of carwashing. The video runs approximately eight minutes and can be viewed here.

“It is our hope that this will provide operators another outlet for ideas and helpful information in an entertaining format,” said Mark Brock, director of marketing for CSI. “We are drawing upon our network’s vast experience in the industry for content, yet we look forward to feedback from users to improve the newsletter’s relevancy and usefulness.”

On the Web page that hosts the video, viewers can opt to subscribe to the newsletter, provide feedback, suggest future topics and link to the Lustra Web site.
