ICA Opens Car Care World Expo Registration

The International Carwash Association has opened registration for Car Care World Expo 2010, which will be held May 12-14 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. More than 6,000 industry professionals are expected to attend.

“Carwash professionals are looking forward to a year full of opportunity for growth,” said Eric Wulf, ICA executive director and CEO. “We are making every effort to provide industry professionals with innovative solutions, resources and education necessary to meet this goal.”

This year’s expo will be condensed from four days to three in order to reduce the time carwash professionals must be away from their businesses. The show had been scheduled to open May 11.

Educational sessions will be targeted at carwash owners and operators, site managers and distributors. In addition, longer seminars will be offered to provide an in-depth look at various industry trends and developments.

The expo floor will feature approximately 300 exhibitors and include a Green Pavilion showcasing environmentally responsible products and services, as well as a Detailing Pavilion featuring detailing and car appearance products and equipment.

The expo’s Welcome Celebration will be held the first night of the show and include the ICA’s annual state of the industry address.
