Con-Serv Mfg. Granted Wastewater Reclaim Patent

Con-Serv Manufacturing has been granted a U.S. patent for its Wastewater Reclaim System (Patent No. 7,390,419), currently available to carwash operators. A continuation application and other patent applications related to some of the company’s other developments are currently pending, said Jim Keller, Con-Serv Manufacturing president.

The Wastewater Reclaim System uses multiple filters that may be alternately backflushed to enable continuous filtering of wastewater, Keller said. The 19 patent claims also include methods for operating a wastewater reclaim system.

Con-Serv has retained Babcock IP, PLLC to enforce the patent’s exclusionary rights and to further expand the company’s intellectual property portfolio, Keller said.
