Autobell to Fund Environmental Lab

Autobell Car Wash Inc. announced it will help fund The Autobell Car Wash Laboratory at Wofford College, a liberal arts college in Spartanburg, S.C. The lab will enable students to carefully study changes, quality and environmental concerns regarding water.

“We are thrilled to partner with Wofford College on this new and exciting endeavor and look forward to studying the results and implementing strategies pursuant to these water studies,” said Chuck Howard, president and CEO of Autobell.

In other company news, Autobell recently opened its 50th and 51st carwash locations, including its first facility in Georgia. That carwash is in Suwanee, and the company hopes to expand into the Atlanta metro area.

Autobell’s 50th location opened in Harrisburg, N.C., bringing its total number of North Carolina stores to 26.
