ProWash Consulting Purchases Hutch's Car Wash

ProWash Consulting announced it has acquired Hutch’s Car Wash and Quick Lube, a portfolio of four family-owned properties in northern California that includes three carwashes and a quick lube. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The purchase brings the company’s total number of carwashes to six, with the others located in Santa Monica, Calif., and La Quinta, Calif.
