As added incentive to register early for next month’s Wash Week, the International Carwash Association said it will raffle off three basic registration packages to next year’s Car Care World Expo. Anyone who registers for the Wash Week educational event by July 9 will automatically be entered into the drawing.

One winner will be selected during each of the three Wash Week regional seminars: July 13 in Irvine, Calif.; July 15 in Chicago; and July 17 in Atlanta. Winners must be present to win. Attendees who participate only in Wash Week’s online presentations July 14 and July 16 are not eligible.

Wash Week events are designed to present carwash owners and operators with tips and proven methods to reduce expenses and increase revenue. The regional seminars will be facilitated by Frank Lash, a past ICA president, and incorporate industry expertise from top carwash professionals. Each in-person seminar will run from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. and consist of roundtable discussions covering major industry issues, such as labor, chemicals, equipment, supplier relationships, water recycling, power management and partnerships with other carwash owners.

Seminar registration is free for association members and available for $49 to nonmembers. Registration is available online at the ICA Web site.

The next Car Care World Expo will be held May 11-14, 2010 in Las Vegas. A basic registration package includes full access to the expo floor and is valued at $99.
