Kim Supply Inc. has acquired Carver’s Service Etc., a carwash equipment and chemical supplier based in Grandview, Mo., the company announced. Kim Supply is headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., and is a national carwash equipment and supplies wholesaler and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Carver’s Service has served the Kansas City area since 2003.
“The completion of this acquisition represents a significant step for Kim Supply in our goal to provide superior carwash expertise with personalized customer service,” said Kyle VanGoethem, Kim Supply president. “Expanding our team of knowledgeable customer service representatives allows us to focus our efforts on providing one-on-one attention and personalized guidance to our customers. Our strong relationship with suppliers also means lower prices on parts and supplies for Carver’s customers.”
