Team members beat out 1,300 other service centers to reach the finals and took home a $10,000 grand prize. The finalists had to display their teamwork and skills by performing a Jiffy Lube Signature Service oil change for two customers during the competition and were judged on quality of service and how well they delivered an exceptional customer experience.

The competition’s runner-up was “Ken & The Cruisers,” a service center team from Fredericksburg, Va., owned and operated by CB Squared Services Inc.

The J-Team competition celebrates teamwork, enthusiasm and dedication by challenging participants in a series of service competitions.
